Industrial Marketing

Definition - What does Industrial Marketing Mean?

According to the Business Dictionary, Marketing is the management process through which goods and services move from concept to the customer. It includes the coordination of four elements called the 4 P's of marketing:

(1) identification, selection and development of a product,

(2) determination of its price,

(3) selection of a distribution channel to reach the customer's place, and

(4) development and implementation of a promotional strategy.

Industrial Insight Form

  • Be as descriptive as you wish for this question. Explain any techniques you used to grow your company.
  • If there are multiple goals, state the overall goal first and then enumerate underneath smaller goals (stepping stone goals leading toward the overall goal)
  • Also include how your ideal buyer generally makes decision, how their lifestyle is classified etc.
  • This would also include trends that your company is trying to adapt to but isn't getting the results you want.
